Approved by the 2022 working meeting and executive council meeting held by the Chinese Society for Science and Technology Policy on April 16, 2022, the "Professional Committee on International Cooperation and Science and Technology Diplomacy" was formally established ". The special committee is committed to building an academic community for my country's international scientific and technological cooperation and scientific and technological diplomacy research through related work in research, training, conferences, and activities. The supporting unit of the special committee is the Shanghai Science Research Association, and the key supporting unit is the China Academy of Science and Technology Development Strategy.
