The Cross-Strait Academic Exchange Professional Committee (hereinafter referred to as this professional committee) is a branch of the Chinese Science and Technology Policy Research Association. It is a professional academic organization engaged in science and technology policy and management in my country. It is a link between cross-strait science and technology policy research institutions and related scholars. The link and an important force to promote cross-strait academic exchanges.
The professional committee shall have one chairman, several vice-chairmen and two secretaries-general. The current chairman is Professor Huang Zhigang, Vice President of Fuzhou University. The Secretariat is affiliated with the School of Economics and Management of Fuzhou University.
Since its establishment, under the guidance of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, this professional committee has promoted the development of science and technology policy and management by holding annual working meetings, cross-strait regional development forums, cross-strait MBA case competitions, field research and investigation activities, and made positive contributions to enhancing cross-strait cooperation and exchanges.
